You do not need a complicated setup. Just bring your work and a thought to share.
Do I need an AI account?
No. Goals and notes work without an AI connection. AI conversations with coworkers require Apple Intelligence on a supported device or a connected external AI service.
Do I need to pay for a separate AI subscription?
A separate AI subscription is not required. On a supported Mac, you can use Apple Intelligence or connect an existing eligible ChatGPT or Claude subscription. Each provider sets its own prices and usage limits. Gemini connects with your own API key and may incur separate charges.
Can I see the same work on Mac and iPhone?
Yes. Choose iCloud sync on devices signed in to the same Apple Account to continue your goals and conversations across them.
